How these prices are made
- Every figure is priced the day you read it, from the same catalog and bill-of-materials engine our layout builder quotes from — not a national average.
- The standard job is 150 linear feet with one 4′ walk gate, at the typical height for each material (6′ privacy for wood and vinyl, 4′ for aluminum and chain link).
- Installed figures add our install labor per foot and the walk-gate fee. They exclude tear-out of an old fence, permits, and unusual terrain, which are quoted on the visit.
- A material with no installed figure is one we do not have an install rate on file for today; the materials price still stands.
