It is built to match our Classic Alternating Picket panels exactly. If your fence came from somewhere else, send us a photo and a few measurements and we will tell you honestly how close the match will be.

How long does it take to get?

It is made to order, and typical lead time is 4 to 6 weeks. Order the gate and panels together so everything comes out of the same production run.

Does a picket gate give any privacy?

No — picket styles are open by design, trading privacy for light, airflow, and visibility. If you need screening, look at the closed picket or privacy styles in our vinyl fence line.

What kind of gate post does it need?

A 4x4 vinyl gate post, and we strongly recommend an aluminum post insert inside it. Hinge loads work on a post constantly, and reinforced posts are the difference between a gate that swings true for years and one that sags.

What maintenance does vinyl need?

Rinse it with a hose when it gets dirty. The color runs through the material, so there is nothing to repaint, restain, or reseal — that is the whole point of vinyl.
