How hard is this panel to install, really?

We rate it difficult. The lattice accent means more parts and more alignment than a plain semi-privacy panel, on top of the usual post setting. Patient DIYers manage it; it is also the style customers most often hand to a pro.

Does the lattice change how much privacy I get?

No — the lattice rides above the picket body, so the screening at eye level is the same as other semi-privacy styles. This is still a semi-privacy fence: it screens the view rather than blocking it completely.

What is the wind rating?

This panel is rated for 100 mph wind. The spaced picket body lets gusts bleed through, which is easier on posts than a solid wall in the same storm.

What else goes on the order?
