What is the difference between scalloped and arched tops?

A scalloped panel dips toward the center of each section; an arched panel rises. Both come from our riveted traditional family, so the build is the same — choose on looks.

Why do the rivets matter?

Each picket is mechanically locked to the rails, so pickets cannot creep or rattle loose through heat cycles and wind. It is the detail that keeps a traditional picket fence feeling solid a decade in.

Why is the install rated moderate?

The scalloped top punishes inconsistent post spacing — if the sections vary, the dips will not match. A careful DIYer with a string line does fine; our Wilmington, NC crews can also handle it.

How long is the lead time?

Made to order, typically 4 to 6 weeks before shipping. Add transit and order the full run — panels, posts, caps, gate — together.

Does the vinyl require any maintenance?

Just washing. The color runs through UV-stabilized material, so there is no paint or stain to maintain.
