What is a double-drive latch?

A latch made for double gates, where two gate leaves meet in the middle instead of closing against a post. It secures the pair at the centerline.

What does a 180 degree hinge do?

It lets a gate swing all the way back parallel to the fence line instead of stopping partway. Useful where a gate needs to open flat against the fence to clear a path or driveway.
