- It is a solid privacy panel built on three rails instead of two, which is where the 110 mph wind rating comes from. On open or coastal ground, that extra stiffness is the reason to pick it.
- Does it block wind as well as sight?
- Yes — the face is solid, so it works as a windbreak and a visual wall at the same time. If you would rather keep air moving through the fence, look at our semi-privacy or louvered styles instead.
- Is it hard to install?
- The panel itself rates easy. What deserves care is the posts: a solid panel loads them harder in wind than any picket style, so set every post plumb in concrete and let it cure. Our Wilmington, NC crews can take the whole job if you prefer.
- How long until it ships?
- Made to order, typically 4 to 6 weeks before shipping, plus transit. Order panels, posts, caps, and gates together so the whole fence arrives in one go.
- Will it yellow or need repainting?
- No. The vinyl is UV-stabilized and the color runs through the material, so there is no finish to fail. Cleaning is a hose and mild soap.
