- How does stepped top compare to scalloped?
- Scalloped is a smooth dip; stepped is a series of defined height changes. Stepped reads more structured and modern, scalloped more soft and cottage. Same picket function either way.
- What is the lead time on panels?
- Typically 4 to 6 weeks — every panel is made to order. Put the whole job on one order so panels, posts, caps, and gate arrive as a set.
- What else do I need to build the fence?
- 4x4 vinyl posts between panels, caps for the posts, and a gate for access. Post routing differs for line, corner, end, and gate positions, so work from a layout — or send us yours and we will list it out.
- Will the vinyl fade or yellow?
- The vinyl is UV-stabilized virgin material made for full sun exposure, and the color runs through it rather than sitting on the surface. It is built to be left outside and ignored.
- Can I paint it later to change the color?
- Vinyl is not meant to be painted, and it never needs to be — pick the color you want at order time. Paint on vinyl tends to fail, and it voids the low-maintenance advantage you paid for.
