Engineered to commercial CAD specifications (CL-39). Includes 2 welded gate leaves, heavy Schedule 40 hinge posts (2-7/8" OD (2.875")), commercial clamp hinges, center drop rod with ground stop, and locking latch.
Fabricated with 1.660" to 1.900" OD structural pipe with mitered and welded corners. Hot-dip zinc rich cold galvanized spray applied to all weld joints to prevent corrosion.
We never undersize gate posts. Double drive packages utilize heavy-wall 2-7/8" OD or 4.0" OD Schedule 40 pipe designed to carry heavy leaf cantilever loads without bowing.
Includes 4 commercial male/female clamp hinges, commercial heavy-gauge drop rod with center ground latch receiver, and industrial fork latch.
