- How is an arched top different from a scalloped top?
- An arched panel rises toward the center of each section, while a scalloped panel dips. Both are open picket styles, so it comes down to the look you want. We build both — compare the product photos side by side before you decide.
- How long before my order ships?
- Our vinyl fence line is made to order, and typical lead time is 4 to 6 weeks before it ships. Add transit time on top of that, so order early if you are working against a deadline.
- Will I ever need to paint it?
- No. The color runs all the way through the UV-stabilized vinyl, so there is nothing to peel or repaint. When it gets dirty, wash it down with a hose and mild soap.
- Will this keep my dog in the yard?
- Picket fencing is built for exactly that — a defined boundary that contains kids and pets. Very small dogs can sometimes fit through open picket gaps, so tell us the breed and size and we will steer you to the right style and height.
- Can I install it myself?
- Yes — this panel carries an easy install rating. Setting the posts straight, plumb, and correctly spaced is most of the work; the panels go in quickly after that. If you are in the Wilmington, NC area, our crews can handle the whole job.
