It needs a well-set one. A solid gate catches wind like a door-sized sail, so the gate post should be set deeper than line posts and in concrete. Tell us your opening size on the quote and we will advise the setup.

Will the accent band line up with my panels?

Order the gate and panels at the same height from our vinyl line and the band carries across the opening. Mixing manufacturers is where alignment goes wrong — ask us first if that is your situation.

Why the quote step?

Openings, swings, and hardware differ job to job. Confirming them before fabrication is what makes the gate fit on delivery day.
